Excellent New Year’s Stay! My friends and I traveled to Edinburgh for the New Year fireworks and stayed at the Travelodge Livingston. The staff member at reception who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful; she helped us providing local taxis number and providing extra amenities for our stay. The car park was also very convenient and easy to validate using our phones. A great, stress-free base for visiting the city. Designer outlet next to it is a plus

Truly great Staff at Livingston Travelodge. Facilities were a bit limited compared to other Travelodge's I've stayed in. One vending machine in foyer. No hot drinks available for guests other than in own rooms. Breakfast boxes were OK. Choice of hot drinks in roomn was good. It was great to have a bath with plenty of hot water available. Shower was a little lacking in pressure. All told I'd stay again if in the Livingston area.
This is such a great travel lodge. Really handy for getting in and out if Edinburgh as buses run to and from the Arthur Glenn shopping mall and outlet mall next door. Also there's plenty of places to eat whether it's in Tony Macaroons on the ground floor or in one of the many places at the mall. Plus Kay who is on reception is one of the nicest most helpful people I have met in a long time. Her customer service was exceptional. Always cheerful and nothing was to much trouble! What a star!
Nice location not far from shopping center with ALOT of shops! Facilities and utilities work fine and the room was clean and cozy when we arrived. Overall, a nice place to stay.
The rooms were good, quiet at night, comfortable and the bed was firm which we like. Clean and well looked after and all the usual facilities were there. The only thing was the front desk when he was there. He wasn't there if you get my meaning. A nice restaurant/ bar right next door and the car park was fine although it got really busy and there no spaces left, so be aware. Great location for the football stadium and the massive shopping centre. I would use it again.
. Service from moira was impeccable. After travelling 5 hours i just wanted a hassle free check in and moira genuinely did exactly that. After initially being given a room with 2 single beds moira was very proffesional in getting me a room with a double bed to ensure my sleep was as comfortable as possible. Moira really does deserve recognition as she went above and beyond. Thank you once again Moira
Facilities are basic as you'd expect for the price. We had a good night's sleep and tea and coffee sachets were good. Only downside no fresh milk. Great to be able to stay with our dog.
